Curious minds are sought for the Cahir Credit Union Schools Quiz that was officially launched last week.
The organisers invite all the local primary schools to take part in this year’s competition which is set to take place on Friday February 6 in Cahir House Hotel at 7pm.

The Credit Union schools quiz, which attracts more than 25,000 participating students nationwide, each year, is the largest competition of its type in the country.
Run over three stages from February to April, the competition culminates in a national final in the RDS Dublin.
The competition is divided by age group into two categories.
Competition A is categorised for entrants that are under 11 years of age and Competition B is for children under 13 years of age.
In each group, teams are comprised of four members.
Questions will cover a wide range of topics including geography, history, music, literature and sport. He organisers have no doubt that school children in the Cahir quiz will rise to the challenge as they do every year. Sign your teams up now.
