Congratulations! Tipperary Rose graduates from University with masters degree

Tipperary's Tara Brady graduated this from University of Limerick (UL) this week with an impressive Masters degree under her belt.

In a post on Facebook, The Tipperary Rose Centre said: "A massive congratulations to this amazing lady @tarabrady8 our 2024 Tipperary Rose, who, in the height of preparation for her week in @roseoftraleefestival in Tralee last year also submitted her masters and which she Graduated to day in UL. Amazing stuff."

Tara missed out on the Rose of Tralee crown in 2024 but gave a belter of a performance and did her family and county proud.

She took to the stage to one of the loudest cheers of the night and was interviewed by Dáithí Ó Sé, giving a shout-out to UL where as well as her band Cailíní Lua who were in the arena to cheer her on.
