BREAKING: Planning lodged for massive housing development in Tipperary

Planning has been lodged for a massive housing development in Tipperary. 

Luizshire Limited is seeking permission for the construction of 72 residential units including two-bed houses, three-bed houses, four-bed houses two-bed duplex units. 

The development address is at Knocknaconnery, Cregg Road, Carrick-on-Suir, county Tipperary.

The development would also see the provision of a new pedestrian and vehicular access to Cregg Road (R697) and the provision of a shared access laneway, provision of all associated surface water and foul drainage services, provision of an attenuation tank and sustainable drainage solutions (SuDS), connections and sewer upgrade works and all associated site works and ancillary services.

The project also includes the provision of communal open space, private open space, site landscaping and boundary treatments, public lighting, resident and visitor car parking, bicycle parking, pedestrian, cycle, and vehicular links throughout the development, and all other associated site development works.
