BREAKING: Uisce Éireann on scene of major water outage in Tipperary

Crews are working to restore normal water supply on the Seskin Regional Water Supply Scheme

Uisce Éireann is working to restore normal water supply to homes and businesses on the Seskin Regional Water Supply Scheme, Carrick-on-Suir, County Tipperary .

The affected areas include Greenhills Village, Carrickbeg, St Mollerans, Mountain Road, Seskin, Castle Heights, Woodland Heights, Friary Heights, Abbey Heights, Carrick-on-Suir, and surrounding areas.

Water service crews have been dispatched and are carrying out the required repair. Every effort is being made to complete this work as quickly as possible.

Following repair works, it typically takes three to four hours for normal supply to be fully restored to all areas as the water refills the network, especially for those on higher ground or at the end of the network.
