Carrick-on-Suir Lions Club's annual sponsored walk starts from Ormond Castle
Carrick-on-Suir & District Lions Club will host a sponsored 10km walk along the Suir Blueway on Sunday, September 21.
The walk will be in aid of the the Lions Club as well as the town's St Nicholas Boxing Club and Carrick-on-Suir Handball Club.
Walkers will depart from Ormond Castle at 11am and walk to the Fisherman’s Hut on the Blueway.
Participants can then return to town along the Blueway at their leisure.
