An appeal has been made to the "person or people" dumping rubbish at one particular location in Tipperary to stop.
Cllr Liam Browne said: "I've been contacted about this a couple of times, and tried to see if it could be addressed quietly without too much fuss...but that hasn't worked, so maybe someone who knows a little more can help.
"There seems to be a person, or people, regularly leaving rubbish around the entrance to Greenfields as you drive in from Oliver Plunkett Park. This is also where the back exit of Rockview joins the two other estates.

"So it could be someone from any of the three estates. Or, some ignoramus driving to or from the estates and just dropping rubbish off.
"Because, if you look at the bags of rubbish being left, it's obvious, they've been picked up somewhere else, and brought to Greenfields/Oliver Plunkett Park.
"So, it's now being reported and watched for, and I'll be more than happy to see someone fined for littering if it comes to that.
"But it doesn't need to come to that. If you're picking up rubbish and putting it into a bag, then surely its easy enough to find a bloody bin to put it into.
"So please, bin it, don't leave it lying around for others to look after for you."
