LIVE: Planning green light to construct four houses in Tipperary tourist town

Planning has been granted for the construction of four dwelling houses with on-street parking and ancillary works in a busy tourism town in Tipperary - home to the Rock of Cashel. 

The development address is Colliers Lane, Moor, Cashel, county Tipperary and the applicant is Michael Minogue.

The council attached 17 conditions to its decision and the application was first lodged in June of 2024.
