Cashel is a huge tourist town and boasts the Rock of Cashel, and of course, the Cashel Palace Hotel.
County Tipperary Chamber, in collaboration with Cllr Declan Burgess, is exploring ways to better support and connect with businesses in Cashel and the surrounding area.
In an appeal and invitation to local businesses, Fine Gael's Cllr Burgess said: "In the absence of a local Chamber structure, we recognise the importance of ensuring your voice is heard and represented within the wider business community.

"I want to personally thank Martin Lynch and his team who have served so well over the years on keeping the business community in Cashel supported and informed through Cashel Chamber of Commerce.
"My sincere best wishes to Martin who has started a new career in An Garda Síochána.

"To this end, County Tipperary Chamber are inviting you to an evening meeting to discuss how the County Chamber can work with you, and to explore the potential of establishing a more formal business forum for Cashel."
