The parade honoured the autumn equinox and celebrated the changing of seasons
Locals and visitors alike were once again blown away by an incredible Cashel Arts Festival that proved to be a mix of fun workshops, live music and theatre events, and plenty of on-street entertainment for all the family.
Perhaps the most visually captivating event of the festival was the sensational LUXE parade, which took place on Friday, September 12, through the streets of the town.

This “magical parade of light” brought together beautful locally made lanterns from schools around Cashel, as well as some marquee sculptures and creations that lit up the night sky.

The LUXE street spectacle was designed to form a glowing procession that celebrates light, creativity, and community, and delighted all who attended.
