The Cashel Palace Hotel say they are "beyond proud" of their Director of Sales, Karen Fleming, who has been awarded the Shining Star Award at Network Ireland’s Annual Businesswomen of the Year Awards.
"Karen’s dedication, leadership and warmth shines through in every interaction with colleagues, guests, partners and friends - an inspiration for us all," the five-star luxury hotel posted online.
The Network Ireland Businesswoman of the Year Awards are designed to recognise the achievement of these women.

The awards are divided into 8 categories, see listed below, so there is a category suitable for every professional woman.
Karen Fleming's 'Shining Star' award is open to professional women working within a company who have made important advances in their chosen career path and are acknowledged as a future leader in business while showing passion and drive for their work.
It is open to employees who are starting out on their career.
The judging panels are looking for women who understand business, who are passionate about their career/business, and who show a determination to succeed no matter what life throws at them.
