A Clonmel jewellery shop is one of 10 companies throughout Ireland to win an award for the way it has adapted to online digital marketing and sales.

Ryan Thomas Jewellers located on Clonmel’s Gladstone Street was congratulated at Tipperary County Council’s latest monthly meeting on winning the You’re The Business Campaign award.

Brian Beck, the Council’s Director of Economic, Community & Rural Development Services, informed councillors that the competition was run by Enterprise Ireland, the Local Enterprise Offices and Google.

Its goal was to recognise innovative and inspiring Small & Medium Enterprises in relation to their digital upskilling.

“It’s a huge achievement for Ryan Thomas Jewellers to be one of only 10 SMEs in the country to win this award,” he said.
