Tipperary Scout group embarked on a major community litter clean-up operation

Members of Clonmel Scout Group on a litter pick-up operation

Clonmel Scout Group took part in a litter pick for An Taisce National Spring Clean 2025 in collaboration with the Clonmel Tidy Towns.

All sections of the Clonmel Scouts started at a different location in Clonmel and made their way through Clonmel to litter pick to finish up at the Kickham Plaza.

In total the group collected 40 bags of rubbish weighing a total of 130kg.

Thank you to all youth members and adult volunteers(scouts and tidy towns) for taking part on the day.

All scouts took part in the litter pick as part of their special interest badges - environment and community.v
