If you haven't seen Garda Fiona Gleeson around Clonmel this week, it's because she's a bit busy in Malawi!

Last Saturday, she flew with the Malawi Heart to Hand Project as a volunteer, joined by Garda Elaine Duffy, who is stationed in Swords.

They will be busy working for a few weeks with the locals and this great charity.

"We know Fiona and Elaine didn't do woodwork in the Garda College," An Garda Siochana posted on their Facebook page this week.

"But we do know they will do their best whatever they are asked to do.

"Stay safe Fiona & Elaine & we'll have the kettle on when you get back (p.s. Kerry won the football if you missed it!)"
