The application outlines proposals for a new bus shelter and seating at the station, along with resurfacing works at the front of the building to create an accessible bus stop.

If granted approval, the plans would also see the installation of a pedestrian crossing within the station grounds and an additional crossing at Thomas Street.

The proposals are currently at the pre-validation stage with the council.
