Message of hope, resilience, and community support for Tipperary Mental Health Week

Guest speakers at the at the launch of Tipperary Mental Health Week were Eoin Kaar, Niamh Murphy, Cllr John Carroll, Cathaoirleach Tipperary County Council, Cillian Keane, and Rosemary Ryan

 Tipperary Mental Health Week with a strong message of hope, resilience, and community support runs from October 6 to October 12.

It is themed ‘Recovery is Possible’, highlighting the power of connection, understanding, and accessible services in supporting mental health recovery across the county.

The flagship event will take place on Friday, October 10 betwen 9.30am and 1pm at the TUS Thurles Campus.

This free event invites adults of all ages to hear from speakers and organisations across the mental health and community sectors.

Attendees will gain insights into recovery from mental illness and addiction, and learn how to support themselves or loved ones.
