The L-3280 at Clashaniska, Clonmel is now scheduled to reopen on November 8

Council extends Clonmel road closure until November

Tipperary County Council has made an order to extend the closure of the L-3280 at Clashaniska, Clonmel until Friday, November 7. 

The road has been closed since Wednesday, August 20 to facilitate the installation of two new watermain pipelines and the repurposing of the existing pipeline.

It was originally due to reopen on Saturday, October 11 but is now closed until midnight on Friday, November 7.  

Traffic is being diverted via the L-3279 and the R688.
