Tipperary beekeepers display their produce at well well-attended honey show

The Clonmel Honey Show is run each year by the South  Tipperary Beekeepers’ Association.

It is a competition where beekeepers from all over Ireland exhibit their product, from the novice beekeeper to the experienced.

It offers a wide range of classes covering various topics such as honey in all its forms, wax and wax products, mead and wine, cakes and photography, 40 categories in total.

Entrants displayed their products for judging during the show and members of the public were also invited to attend. The event was held at the Central Technical College recently.
