Sections of the car park at the Gas House Bridge in Clonmel are closed from now until December.
Road resurfacing works are taking place at the car park.
Parking is free at the 24-hour public car park.
It also provides direct access to the Suir Blueway walking and cycling trail.
Tipperary County Council apologises for any inconcvenience.
