Srs. of St. Marie Madeleine Postel Parkmore, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Moat Quarter, Kilfeacle, Co.Tipperary.

Peacefully in the care of the staff of Mount Carmel Nursing Home, Roscrea, Co. Tipperary.

Deeply regretted by her community and the sisters of the congregation, her niece Joanne O'Brien, nephews Michael and Paddy Berkery, grand nieces, grand nephews, relatives and friends.

Rest in Peace

Reposing in Mount Carmel Nursing Home, Roscrea on Friday from 4pm to 6pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday at 2pm in Mount Carmel Nursing Home followed by burial immediately afterwards in St.Cronan's new cemetery.

The death has occurred of Jean Hayes (née) Howard .Peacefully in the exceptional care of the staff of Portumna Retirement Village, beloved wife of the late William (Willie), very sadly missed by her loving family, daughter Helen, sons Brian and Ivor, daughters-in-law Linda and Sandra, son-in-law Fintan, grandchildren Sarah and her partner Noel, Tracey, Adrian, Molly, Laura and Andrew, great granddaughter Éabha, nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and neighbours.

 

Reposing in Sullivans Funeral Home, Main Street, Borrisokane on Saturday 3rd January from 5pm- 7pm with removal to Borrisokane Church of Ireland arriving for 7.30pm. Funeral service on Sunday 4th January at 12.30pm with burial afterwards in Finnoe Graveyard.
Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Alzheimer Society of Ireland.

Peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Eagla Lodge Nursing Home, Shinrone, Co. Offlay.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Dena, son Thomas, parents, brothers and sisters.

He will be sadly missed by daughters Marian and Ann, son-in-law Mike, adoring grandchildren Darragh, Aoife, Ciara, Michael, Jack, Tommy, Seana, Jamie and Ally, and his great-grandchildren, daughter-in-law, sons-in-law, partners, nieces, nephews, extended family members, good neighbours and wide circle of friends..

May his gentle and kind soul rest in everlasting peace.

Reposing in Tierney's Funeral Home, Roscrea on Saturday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Removal from Tierney's Funeral Home on Sunday afternoon at 12.30pm arriving in St.Cronan's Church, Roscrea for Requiem Mass at 1pm.Burial afterwards in Dunkerrin new cemetery. Phil's family would like to thank all the staff at Ealga Lodge for the care they provided to Phil over the last 12months. Their kindness was greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten.

Egan Gerard (Ger), Loughisle, Kilcommon, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, December 30th 2025, (suddenly) at his residence.

Beloved son of the late William and Margaret, and brother of the late Margaret, Joseph, Joan and Carmel.

Deeply regretted by his heartbroken wife Mary, sons and daughters, Gerard, Emma, Christopher, Katelyn, Bryan, William and Keira, granddaughters Zahra and Ada, son in law Raymond, brothers Liam and Martin, sisters Mary and Teresa, Uncle Larry, Gerard's partner Edel, Christopher's partner Aisling, Katelyn's partner Kevin, brother's in law, sister's in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Removal on Sunday morning to St. Patrick's Church, Kilcommon for Requiem Mass at 11am.

Joe Williams, Skerries, Co. Dublin, (late of Cloughjordan, Co. Tipperary) 31st December 2025, peacefully at Rush Nursing Home, surrounded by his loving family. Husband of the late Ita and father of baby Deirdre. Sadly missed by his loving and devoted children Gerry, Teresa, Ciarán and Eimear, adored three grandchildren Darragh, Fiona and Shane, brothers Neil and Paddy, sons-in-law Liam and John, daughter-in-law Michelle, Gerry's partner Fabienne, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, extended family and a large circle of friends.

Reposing at Lannon's Funeral Home Sunday from 3pm to 5pm. Removal Monday to St. Patrick's Church Skerries arriving for 10am funeral mass, burial thereafter in Old Balgriffin Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Teresa O’Donoghue (nee Kennedy), Elm Park and formerly Upper Knocklucas, Clonmel.

 

Teresa passed away peacefully in the tender care of the staff of Sonas Melview Nursing Home, Clonmel surrounded by her loving family. She is pre-deceased by her husband Danny and grandson Calvin. Beloved mother of Sharon and Ursula, she will be sadly missed by her loving daughters, grandchildren Thomas, Ian, Sean, Chloe, Kiaraa, brothers Eugene and Jimmy, sister Joan, sons-in-law Tom Gibbs & Mortimer Heaton, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at her home (Eircode E91 PN53) on Friday afternoon from 3.00pm to 6.00pm. Removal on Saturday to St Oliver’s Church. Funeral Mass on arrival at 1.00pm followed by burial afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery.
