Mary Ursula Anderson
(née Nolan)

Mary Ursula ANDERSON (nee Nolan) passed away peacefully at her home in Cupar, Scotland on Tuesday, February 10th surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her parents Michael and Bridget Nolan (formerly of Nolans Pub, Main St, Carrick-on-Suir), her beloved husband Dr John Anderson and her brothers Dick and Frank. Sadly missed by sons Ian and Douglas, daughters Catriona and Clara, daughters-in-law Sue and Jill, sons-in- law Graham and Richard (Spike) her grandchildren Ben, Ewen, Gregor, Catherine, Grace and Rose, her sisters Jean, Helen and Betty, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Mary’s funeral service has taken place on Monday 23rd February in Scotland. A memorial mass will be offered up for Mary at St Nicholas’ Church, Carrick-on-Suir on Saturday, 7th March at 7.30pm.

Joe GRAHAM

The death has occurred of Joe Graham, Hughes Lot East, Dualla Road and formerly of Lyonstown Stud, Cashel and native of Lanespark, Ballynonty, Co. Tipperary, March 3rd 2026, peacefully at Tipperary University Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Beloved son of the late Charlie and Johanna and brother of the late Ellie, Pat and Madge Rodgers. Sadly missed by his loving wife Helen, family Charles, John, Valerie, Elaine and Paddy, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren Aisling, Emma, Caitlin, Avril, Aidan, Darragh, Aaron, Maeve, Ronan and Pippa, great-grandchildren Josh and Chloe, brother Jim, sister Mary Husowitz, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Devitt’s Funeral Home this Wednesday evening from 6pm to 8pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday in St. John the Baptist Church, Cashel at 1pm and can be viewed on https://churchcamlive.ie/cashel-parish-stream/ followed by Cremation at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy at 4pm. Unexpectedly. Predeceased by her grandson Patrick, parents Pat and Philomena. Deeply regretted by her heartbroken family; devoted husband Roman, sons Adam and Michael, daughters Dearbhla, Luchia and Melissa, grandchildren, daughter-in-law Samantha, sons-in-law Dermot, Thomas and Jamie, brothers John, Pat, Philip and Denis, nephews, nieces, sisters-in-law Maura, Fiona, Monica and Claire, Roman's Slovakia family, cousins, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Hugh Ryan's Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Thursday 5th March from 5pm to 7pm. Arriving at the Church of St. Joseph and Brigid, Bothar na Naomh, Thurles on Friday 6th March at 10.30am for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Thurles.

Gerry Murray

The death has occurred of Gerry Murray late of Kickham Street, Carrick-on-Suir, Co.Tipperary. Gerry passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his parents Paddy and Peggy, baby brother Leonard, sisters Patricia, Deirdre, Susan, brother in-law Pat, sister in-law Ann. Gerry will be sadly missed by his wife Ann, son Darragh, brothers Martin, Pat, Michael, Gary and Timmy, sisters Margo, Barbara, Helena, Paula, Sandie and Jojo, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Gerry will be reposing at Walsh's Funeral Home. New Street, Carrick-on-Suir on Wednesday 4th March, from 5pm to 6.30pm. Gerry will be arriving at St Nicholas church on Thursday the 5th March for requiem mass on arrival at 10.30am. Followed by Cremation in The Island Crematorium Cork at 12 noon on Friday the 6th March.

Dave O' Gorman

Dave predeceased by his wife Trisha. Loving father of Gerald, William, Bridget and Claire, loving grandfather to Emma, David, Fionn, Ríona, Cillian and Rosa. He will be very sadly missed by his loving family, brothers Tom and Michael and sister Kitty, son in law Declan, daughters in law Laura and Ania, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Costigan's Funeral Home Cahir on Wednesday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral arriving to St. Mary's Church, Cahir on Thursday morning for Requiem Mass at 10.30am followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

Bridget (Breda) Slizys
(née Carroll)

The death has occurred of Bridget (Breda) Slizys, Cashel Close, Cashel Road and formerly Ard Fatima, Clonmel, Co Tipperary.

 

Breda passed away peacefully at Tipperary University Hospital on Monday evening surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife and mother she will be sadly missed by her loving husband Dennis, daughter Michelle, son-in-law Previn, grand-daughter Maya, brothers Connie, Sean, Thomas and P.J., sisters Joan (Cleary), Pauline (Luker), Mary (Hassett) and Ann, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Condons Funeral Parlour, Clonmel on Thursday evening from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal on Friday to St Oliver’s Church. Funeral Mass on arrival at 1.30pm. Burial will take place afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in Breda’s memory may be made to St Vincent de Paul Society.
