James (Jimmy) Keating

The death has occurred of James (Jimmy) Keating, Gort na Smol and formerly Keating’s Shop, Heywood Road, Clonmel, Co Tipperary.

 

Jimmy passed away peacefully at Tipperary University Hospital on Saturday evening surrounded by his loving family. He is pre-deceased by his wife Clare, grandson Conor (O’Loughlin) and sister Peggy (O’Regan). He will be sadly missed by his daughter Carmel, son James, partner Rita, grandchildren Seán, Síofra, Liam and Daniel, brothers Joe, Michael (Babs) and Donie, son-in-law Liam, daughter-in-law Roisín, nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.

Reposing at Condons Funeral Parlour, Clonmel on Tuesday evening from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal on Wednesday to St Oliver’s Church. Funeral Mass on arrival at 11.30am which may be viewed at Funeral Mass - James (Jimmy) Keating (RIP) . Burial will take place afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in Jimmy’s memory may be made to C.A.R.E. Cancer Support Centre, Clonmel.

Jackie (John) Kelly, Grange Castle, Barna, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, March 20th, 2026 suddenly at his residence.
Predeceased by his beloved wife Sally, parents John and Bridie, brothers Jim, Kevin and Michael and nephew Kristian.
Sadly missed by his loving family, Yvonne, John, Finbarr and Joanne, son-in-law Stephen, daughter-in-law Emma, Finbarr's fiancée Maebh, his adored grandchildren, sisters Nancy and Marie, brothers Eamon and Gerald, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and a wide circle of friends.

Native of Annacarty, Co. Tipperary, March 21st 2026, peacefully surrounded by her loving family at St. Anthony’s Nursing Home, Pallasgreen. Chrissie, beloved wife of the late Paddy, mother of the late Josephine, grandmother of the late Andrew, great-grandmother of the late Baby Ben, daughter of the late Kathleen and Thomas and sister of the late P.J., T.P., Andy, Peggy, Sheila and Mary. Sadly missed by her loving son P.J., daughters Kathleen, Christine and Rosanne, sons-in-law James and Tomás and Rosanne’s partner David, grandchildren Jonathan, Rebecca, Daniel, Tomás, Darragh, Edel, Jordan and Colin, great-grandchildren, brother Martin, sister Annie Connolly, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

The death has occurred of John Power Latteragh Templederry, Nenagh, (Peacefully) surrounded by his family on March 21st 2026 in the tender care of the staff at University Hospital Limerick.

Predeceased by his beloved wife Peggy and brothers Fr.Jim Power and Michael (Waterford).

He will be sadly missed by his loving family Eamon, Shay, Sean, Aidan, Kevin & Vincent. Daughters in law Marie, Berni, Clare, Anne, Eithne & Susan. Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, Sister Billi O'Donnell (Taghmon Wexford). Sisters in law, brother in law, nieces & nephews cousins relatives neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Ryans Funeral home Nenagh (E45 KN93) this Monday from 5 o'c to 7.30 o'c. His remains will arrive to The Church of the Immaculate Conception Templederry on Tuesday for Requiem mass at 11 o'c. (Livestream can be viewed in the linkbelow). Followed by burial afterwards in Templederry New Cemetery.

Linda Stapleton
(née O'Shea)

Lower Main Street, Borrisoleigh, Co. Tipperary March 22nd 2026, in the loving care of the staff at Nenagh General Hospital.

Predeceased by her husband Jim, her sister Nancy, brothers Teddy and Bobby and her nephew Tadhg. Sadly missed by her children Bobby, Jimmy, Shelia, Julie and David, her beloved grandchildren, sister Rosaleen Cullen, Nenagh, brother Sean O’Shea, Carlow, sons-in-law Ruairi and Joe, daughters-in-law Mary, June and Jen, sister-in-law Pat, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Rest-in-peace.

Reposing in Kennedy’s Funeral Home, Borrisoleigh E41VX81 on Tuesday from 5pm – 7pm. Removal on Wednesday to the Sacred Heart Church for Requiem Mass at 2:00pm, followed by interment in St. Brigid's Cemetery.
