Arrabawn Co-op in Nenagh
Arrabawn Co-Operative Society Limited (Arrabawn) and Tipperary Co-Operative Creameries Limited (Tipperary) has today welcomed confirmation by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) that it has cleared the proposed merger of Arrabawn and Tipperary to form a new co-operative society to be called Arrabawn Tipperary Co-Operative Society Limited (Arrabawn Tipperary).

Arrabawn and Tipperary will now proceed to complete the merger with a target date of 28 February 2025.
