Tipperary County Council are set to make a decision on the planning application for Fethard
A South Tipperary town is set to get a decision shortly on if seven new homes in the town can be built.
The planning application before Tipperary County Council is for seven single storey terraced houses in two blocks at Gort an Óir and The Back Green in Fethard.

The developer, Belmont Park Housing Association CLG, seeks to build three 1-bed units and four 2-bed units to accommodate Belmont Park Housing Association CLG service users and carers.
Site development works including new vehicular and pedestrian access from The Back Green, pedestrian access from Gort an Óir, car and bicycle parking, footpaths, bin store, public lighting, landscaping, surface water and foul drainage connections and all associated site boundary works also form part of the planning application.

Tipperary County Council are set to make a decision on the planning application by next week.
