Tipperary league debutant Dylan Walsh has been nominated as the Allianz National Hurling League Player of the Week for round 1 after the Ballingarry man impressed in the win over Galway last Sunday.
Walsh finished the game with an impressive personal tally of 1-3 with his second-half goal sealing the win for the Premier.
Ronan Maher, Willie Connors, and Sam O'Farrell were also recognised for their performances in the win, with all three named on the official GAA Team of the Week for the round.
