1. Betting odds askew as Tipperary are big outsiders

Incredibly, at the time of writing, the reigning All-Ireland champions go into this game as 2/1 outsiders with Cork 1/2 favourites.

Considering Tipperary are the ones in possession of Liam MacCarthy, playing at home in Thurles, as well as Cork's poor performance in the league final loss to Limerick two weeks ago, this seems well wide of the mark.
