UPDATE: A steady stream of voters continues throughout Tipperary

Voting is underway in the two Tipperary constituencies

Early footfall 'steady' at Offaly polling stations as country votes on abortion referendum

We're approaching 25% turnout in many places around the county now at just around halfway through the day. 

An influx of voters is expected after 5pm when those that have been at work head to polling stations to vote. 

For now, Presentation Primary School in Carrick on Suir has reported a 22% turnout so far, Roscrea is reporting 22.5%, CBS Primary School Nenagh reports 22.7% and St Michael's Girls' National School in Tipperary is reporting a strong 28.3% turnout.
