All-Ireland-winning Tipperary hurler and manager Nicky English won the Best Visitor prize at the Open Singles, sponsored by Hanley Tyres, at Tipperary Golf Club recently.
The full results were -
Overall winner: Donal Elliott (08) 38 points.
Category 1: Sean Long (0) 37 points.
Category 2: Patrick Kennedy (13) 35 points B9.
Category 3: Tim Ryan K (19) 37 points B9.
Best Visitor: Nicky English 36 points Foxrock Golf Club.
