Delighted to see that the Byrnes family from Tipperary Town are competing in Ireland's Fittest Family.
Tommy and the family are involved in several different sporting clubs and the family are very health and fitness aware.
The family will be under the guidance of World athletics champion and Olympic medalist, Sonia O'Sullivan.
We are looking forward to seeing the Byrnes family competing in the competition and we wish them the very best of luck.
The news comes after it was confirmed that Colm Bonnar, former Tipperary hurler and manager, will also be taking part with his family who are based in Waterford.
