COLUMN: It's the season to be healthy - my top alcohol-free drink alternatives!

With the Christmas party season coming into full swing, we can still enjoy the festivities whilst minding our health and our heads at the same time.

Here nutritionist Laurann O’Reilly and owner of Nutrition by Laurann guides us through her top alcohol free alternatives. It really is all about balance, if you do decide to have a couple of drinks perhaps you can alternate with some of these instead.

Alcohol Free Beers
- Guinness 0.0: Guinness 0.0. is brewed using a new cold filtration process.
