BREAKING: Planning REFUSED for Sean Meehan's cabin in Tipperary

Planning has been refused for Sean Meehan's cabin in Tipperary. 

Sean Meehan applied for "permission for retention" for a mobile home (presently cladded in timber as to appear as a log cabin),  as well as two outbuildings and the use of same as a domestic storage.

The development address is at Woodinstown, Cahir, county Tipperary.

The application also provides for a septic tank and percolation area, entrance and driveway plus all associated site works. 

The planning permission was also for a new external cladding with plaster finish to the mobile home.
