Gardaí identified 10% of the stolen property displayed at a Stolen Property Recovery event in Littleton last week and reunited them with their owners.
The An Garda Siochana event took place at Littleton Community Centre last Thursday, August 28 from 10am to 7pm.
Stolen power tools such as chainsaws, stolen agricultural and garden tools and equipment were among the stolen property exhibited at the event.
Members of the Garda Crime Prevention Office were present to offer advice to people who visited the event.
"If you have been a victim of a crime and your property was stolen, reach out to your local Garda station with a description of the property and we will do our best to identify it and return it to you," said a Garda spokesperson who thanked all those who attended the event.
"We are following up with further enquiries and will continue with our investigations," the spokesperson added.
