The owners, JSF Property Holding, outlined plans to transform the premises into a larger and more adaptable hospitality venue. The proposed works include extending the bar on the ground floor and adding new seating areas, including an outdoor section designed to enhance the customer experience.
A new function room is also planned for the first floor, with access provided through a dedicated entrance on Town Wall Street.
In its planning submission, JSF Property Holding said the redevelopment would sustain between 12 and 15 permanent jobs, with a further 5 to 8 people employed for events hosted in the function room.
