Cllr John O'Heney expressed his appreciation to the landowners who allowed the works to proceed, noting that their cooperation had been crucial to the project.
"Delighted to see safety works completed in Kilfeacle," he said, emphasizing the positive impact for road users.
He also thanked all stakeholders who engaged over the past year on this road safety initiative, highlighting the efforts of the District Engineering Team and local council contractors whose work behind the scenes ensured the improvements were successfully delivered.
