A planning application has been submitted to Tipperary County Council for the extension of duration of a previously approved residential development in Cahir.

The application, lodged by Bretland Construction Ltd, seeks permission for the construction of 21 three-bedroom homes arranged in three terraced blocks at Barnora, Cashel Road, Cahir, Co Tipperary.

The development will also include roads, paths, parking, drainage, street lighting, landscaped public open space, boundary treatments, and all associated site works.

The application, which was received by the council on January 19, is currently in pre-validation status. A decision is expected by March 15.
