Gardaí in Tipperary have seized a car driving with no tax or insurance.
The incident occurred in Newport, following a check on their mobility device whilst on mobile patrol.

The driver was a learner driver who was driving unaccompanied.

The car was seized from the driver, and a court appearance is to follow.
