The Tipperary Yearbook featuring photos, interviews and a round-up of the news in 2023, is on the shelves across Co Tipperary right now.

Produced by the The Nationalist, Tipperary Star and Tipperary Live teams, the Tipperary Yearbook showcases the very best of the people and places in the Premier County.

Some examples of the quality work throughout include a  Shannon Sweeney piece that  takes a look at “Your Tipperary 2023 Playlist” on pages 88-89.

On page 28, we hear from  Deirdre O’Toole - who runs the Eason shop in Thurles  - on how family businesses are the core of rural towns.

In an exceptional feature on pages 18-20, Aileen Hahesy takes a look at the best “Winter Walks” in the Premier County, while there is a very special piece on “Flash Cash” and the Clonmel man behind the camera lens on pages 12-13.

Elsewhere, Ronan Dodd sits down with Emma Collins on page six, a Tipperary woman taking the New York PR world by storm and Jeddy Walsh takes a look back on some of the more uplifting  and at times poignant pictures that made the news this year on pages 82, 84 and 85.

From a sporting perspective, Stephen Gleeson sits down for a chat with Jake Morris on page 26 while Enda Treacy looks back on the career of hurling legend Seamie Callanan on page 92.

Eamonn Wynne, meanwhile, reflects on pages 30-31 on a remarkable year for Cashel Community School after its Harty Cup victory  over local rivals Thurles CBS.

Regional Editor for Iconic Media in Tipperary, Darren Hassett, said: “This magazine is an exceptional publication boasting original pieces of content right the way through - all of which have been put together to the highest standard by the local  teams on the ground in The Nationalist and Tipperary Star - with support from  Iconic Media Group’s production hub in Portlaoise.

“Thank you for your support and I hope you enjoy this very special Tipperary Yearbook.”

The Tipperary Yearbook is priced at €5.95. Pick up your copy now in your local Tipperary Star or Nationalist stockist. You can see a full list of shops stocking the Tipperary Yearbook HERE
