Borrisoleigh Active Social Club took a trip to Knock last Friday.
The group left Borrisoleigh at 8am, and were ecstatic to find the sun was shining.
The group arrived home safely shortly after 9pm, and wish to express their gratitude to Seamus from Callanans, who brought them to and from Knock on the day.
The group will be meeting every Thursday next month at 12:30pm at the Borrisoleigh GAA grounds.
Their goal is to familiarise members with using the exercise equipment that was installed during the year, and are happy to welcome in any new members who wish to join.
The group's next monthly meeting is June 5 at 7pm in the Community Centre in Borrisoleigh.
