Tipperary Camogie will hold a U15 Inter-County Camogie Development Blitz, scheduled to take place on August 17th in Borris-Ileigh, to honour the life and legacy of Niamh Hogan-Heffernan.

The tournament, a new and poignant fixture on the county's camogie calendar, will be dedicated to Niamh, a beloved player, teacher, and club member who sadly passed away in March 2025 after a short illness.
Niamh's deep passion for the GAA, especially camogie, was evident throughout her life. She played for many years with Burgess-Duharra before adopting the green and gold of Clonoulty Rossmore in more recent years.
Beyond the field, she inspired a love of sport in countless young people through her role as a teacher at Boher N.S.
