IN PICTURES: Liam MacCarthy Cup visits Tipperary hospital in heartwarming occasion

Tipperary senior hurlers visited Nenagh Hospital with the Liam MacCarthy Cup this week

The Liam MacCarthy Cup has been on the move across Tipperary over the past month, bringing plenty of celebration along the way.

Nenagh has already enjoyed some unforgettable moments with the famous trophy, and it returned once again, this time to Nenagh Hospital, where members of the All-Ireland winning team brought it on a special visit through the wards.

The cup was met with smiles, laughter, and a few emotional scenes as patients and staff got their chance to see it up close.

Among those enjoying the occasion was John Ferncombe, who proudly lifted the silverware while Tipp heroes Willie Connors, Noel McGrath, Craig Morgan, Jason Forde, and John McGrath looked on.
