Interesting referee appointment made for Tipperary school's upcoming Harty Cup final in Ennis

Thomas Walsh of Waterford will be the man in the middle for Saturday's highly anticipated Dr Harty Cup final in Ennis.

The experienced whistler refereed last year's Munster Senior Hurling final between Limerick and Cork, and has become one of the best young referees in the country in recent years.

Nenagh CBS will be aiming to claim their second Harty Cup crown i,n three years as they travel West to Clare to face a strong St Flannan's Ennis team who will enjoy home advantage after winning a coin toss for venue last week.

The game will throw-in at 1pm this coming Saturday, January 31.
