Donal Ryan Car Sales in Nenagh has gotten its hands on the all-new Nissan Leaf a full two months before its official launch in Ireland.

The all-new Leaf has a top range of up to 622 kilometres and the power to recover up to 420 kilometres after 30 minutes of DC fast-charging.

Donal Ryan Car Sales has secured exclusive access to the car on Thursday, December 4, and Friday, December 5.

No appointment is necessary, and visitors are welcome to drop by the showroom at on the Limerick Road in Nenagh at any time to enjoy a sneak-peek at the car when it is on display.

"The Nissan LEAF was the world’s first mass-market EV, and this is the next step in its evolution. It has been reimagined as a crossover. The design is now much sleeker and sharper and its extended range and connected technology is a game-changer for EV drivers," said Eugene Ryan, Dealer Principal at Donal Ryan Car Sales.

"We are delighted to get our hands on the car and to showcase it to our customers in Nenagh and across county Tipperary. This is their chance to be the first to see it up close, to book a test-drive and to pre-order it before it arrives in showrooms in early February," he added.

"The all-new LEAF has been specifically engineered to tackle the barriers to EV adoption. The 75kWh battery version has a range of up to 622 kilometres, while the 52kWh battery offers above 440 kilometres range.

With a motorway range of up to 330 kms at 130 kph and up to 430 kilometres at 110 kph, and an energy consumption as low as 13.8 kWh/100km, longer journeys can be accomplished with fewer charging stops.

The all-new LEAF has been designed to meet the everyday needs of families whether that is the school run, heading to work, or enjoying a weekend away or longer holiday trips.

It is family-ready with a spacious cabin and 437 litres of cargo space.

The onboard technology is designed for seamless integration.

NissanConnect with Google built-in is at the heart of the connected experience, offering Google Maps with In Car Route Planner, Google Assistance for hands free control over navigation, media, climate and more, and Google Play for apps, streaming and productivity tools.

The all-new LEAF is also equipped with a suite of advanced safety and driver assistance features from Intelligent Emergency Braking and Blind Spot Intervention to Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Lane Keep Assist.

Its 3D Around View Monitor, Invisible Hood View and Front Wide View making parking and navigating tight spaces easier and safer.
