Tipperary social media influencer, Niamh Cryan, has finished the summer on a high with a trip to the Canary Islands and landed in Tenerife.
The digital creator and qualified personal trainer jetted off to enjoy the good weather and took part in many activities while abroad and shared updates with her almost 200,000 Instagram followers.

During the trip, Niamh took part in a two-hour coastal buggy tour and said: "WOW what an unreal experience!! Just don’t wear clothes you like."
She also quipped with her followers during her holiday: "Sangria counts as fruit, right?"

The PhD student describes herself on TikTok as a "full-time academic weapon".

Her LinkedIn page says she is a "PhD Student at the National Institute for Bioprocessing Research and Training (NIBRT) and University College Dublin (UCD)".
In December 2024, she graduated top of her class with a (1.1) from my MSc. Biotherapeutics & Business being awarded the MSc. Biotherapeutics & Business Medal. She also studied at the University of Limerick before moving on to UCD.
Back in August, Niamh was pictured out and about when Newport sprinter Sharlene Mawdsley shared snaps with her 274,000 Instagram followers of her and her pals at an engagement party of a friend in north Tipperary.
In May of this year, Niamh was named amongst Ireland's Top 20 Beauty Influencers making an impact in 2025.
She was described as "a 24-year-old PhD student based in Tipperary/Dublin, Ireland".
