Going once, going twice! Bargain three-bedroom house in Tipperary sold in special online auction
A three-bedroom semi-detached house in Glen Court, Emly, County Tipperary has been sold for just €50,000 in a special online auction after just one bid.
The property - which was sold on Thursday, October 24 - is located within close proximity of Emly and has access to a range of local amenities.
The house has off street parking to the the front and a garden to its rear.
In total, the property extends to approximately 99 square metres.
