A total of 18 houses were commenced in Tipperary in March 2025.
This is the second highest number of houses commenced in Tipperary in a month so far this year, behind June’s figure of 23.

This also brings the total number of houses commenced in Tipperary to 77.
This number is over 600 down compared to the number of houses commenced in 2024 between January and July inclusive, which saw 713 houses commence in that period.
