The traditional harvest and cultural festival, which has its roots in Kerala, India, took place on Saturday, September 6, in the Muintir na Tíre Community Hall in Roscrea.
Families gathered from around the local area to enjoy a vibrant floral display, as well as lamp lighting, singing and dance, before sitting down to a Sadya, a grand vegetarian feast.
