Borroway Rovers played Borrisokane in a division 1 league game in Loughtagalla park on Sunday morning.Borroway started the brighter and Wayne Keane was on the scoreboard after 15 minutes.

Borroway Rovers played Borrisokane in a division 1 league game in Loughtagalla park on Sunday morning.Borroway started the brighter and Wayne Keane was on the scoreboard after 15 minutes.

Borrisokane fought hard and kept the score at 1 0 at the halfway mark. The second half started with Borroway pressing hard to secure all three points and a shot by Wayne Keane came off the upright and John Treacy blasted to the net. It was all Borroway at this stage and they intruced Keith Moore off the bench he had an immediate impact and scored on the half hour mark to make it 3 0. Borrisokane tried hard to get back into the game they were awarded a free kick just outside the 18 yard line a brillent kick went all the way to the net.

The game ended 3-1 to. Borroway now play local rivals Thurles Celtic in the last game of the season a win in this game would guarantee premier division football next season so a big performance is expected.
