The Anner Hotel management have given their first Employee of the Month Award for 2025 to Imelda Cleary in recognition of her hard work and excellence as a team player.
The kitchen assistance team member was honoured in a social media post by the hotel which said that "no job is ever a problem for Imelda. She goes above and beyond every day for her colleagues".
The post continued: "That is why she is the very worthy recipient of Januarys Employee of the Month Award. Congratulations Imelda. Well done and well deserved."

Member of public also left messages of congratulations to Imelda with one person commenting: "Congratulations Imelda. Well deserved to a brilliant team player."
Another said: "Well done and I'm sure it's well deserved. One of the hardest places to work is in a hotel kitchen. Especially a busy one like the Anner. Lovely to see kitchen staff appreciated like that. Well done to the Anner for that."
