Thurles CBS will face Coláiste Bhaile Chláir of Galway in the semi-final of the All-Ireland PPS Senior A Hurling (Croke Cup) semi-final this coming Saturday in Banagher. The game will be thrown in at 1pm it has been confirmed.
The recently crowned Harty Cup champions will go into the game as favourites, with the Connacht Schools final runners-up based in Claregalway, coming through the quarter-final last weekend after a late goal sank a fancied Kilkenny CBS team.
Meanwhile, the other semi-final between St Kieran's College and Presentation Athenry will take place in Bansha an hour later the same day, throwing in at 2pm.
