ALERT: Motorists advised of nighttime roadworks in this Tipperary town

Motorists in this Tipperary town are being reminded that nighttime roadworks will be in place for the coming days.

The roadworks on the N74 in Tipperary Town will take place during the night, starting tonight, Wednesday, April 30, at 8pm.

The roadworks will continue until 7am the following morning, with nighttime works set to continue until May 2.

The nighttime works are to facilitate road resurfacing, and diversions will be in place for the duration of the works.

Resurfacing will take place from from the Lidl store entrance, through the Bansha Road Roundabout and up to the Dundrum Road Junction. 

Diversions will be in place for the duration of the works.

The one-way system on Father Matthew Street in the town looks set to stay in place until May 30.
