A rare double helping of hole-in-ones at Tipperary Golf Club over the bank holiday weekend
Tipperary Golf Club in Tipp Town was the sight of an ultra rare occurrence over the bank holiday weekend when not one, but two local golfers made something that many chase for their entire careers; a hole in one.
First up was Joanne Horgan, who had a hole in one on the 5th hole, her second hole in one in the last year!
That was followed up by a stunning effort from Philip Ryan on the 15th to make it a double for the day.
"When it rains, it pours!" the club posted on their social media.
